Product : Polyolefin nucleating & clarifying agent SKC-Y5988 is ramification of dipmethy- denezy lidene sorbitol.As high effective polyolefin nucleating & clarifying agent,it can greatly improve transparency of polyolefin products and temperature of heat distortion, surface polish,impact resistant and shorten moulding time of olefin etc..
Function : Granular crystal is common polyolefin which slowly crystallized to be larger crystal. As it is larger than visible light wavelength,so light of incidence is scattered by it that reduce transparency and increase faintness.When polyolefin treated with poly- olefin nucleating & clarifying agent SKC-Y5988,crystal forming speed in polymer is increased by times.Due to crystal forming number increased and crystal size dec- reased in a same volume, so crystal smaller than visible light wavelength and per- mitted beam pass through that increased transparency.Meanwhile,processability of polyolefin resin is improved.

1¡¢Adding amount of nucleating & clarifying agent SKC-Y5988 into polyolefin is 1.5-2.5¡ë that can come to ideal transparent effect. Adding amount is close- ly related with material and thickness.
2¡¢In same of adding amount of nucleating & clarifying agent SKC-Y5988, transparency of HOMOPP is larger than transparency of LDPE.
3¡¢When manufacturing match material granules,barrel temperature of twin screws extruder is 230-260¡æsuitably.Vacuum is correspondingly higher . Directly add nucleating & clarifying agent SKC-Y5988 into compounding of PE and PP by high dispersion/mixed nozzle of Swiss SULZER that make for nucleating & clarifying agent dispersed more equably and crystal granules much fined in PE and PP.
Package and store : Paper/plastic bag,10KG/bag.Lay it where ventilation and dry.If not used out in once time,its remains should be stored in sealed.Reserving period is two years.If expired,it can be used by checking out.
